We're counting down the days til Christmas and everyone is excited, you've started wrapping and are still worrying about mum  being the hardest person on your list to buy for. Are you done with the rest of your list but still have one person to purchase for and no idea what to get? This list has my ideas for the best Christmas gifts for mums.

Books

Everyone loves a good book and mum sure does too. Whether that be a lovely romance novel or a travel guide to plan their next holiday. A Kindle is a great gift if mum loves to read a lot but if she's one that's too busy a subscription to Audible is a great idea. There are many nights where I love to relax with a great audiobook.

Hair Products

If your mum loves to dress up and go out, then she's sure to love some hair products, think a set of new straighteners or the best wavy hair products. There are lots of cute gift sets in Boots full of sprays and shampoo with that added 'oomph!' If you shop early you can take advantage of their 3 for 2 offer that seems to return every year.

Beauty Products

You can't go wrong with beauty products like makeup or perfume, they're easy to choose and you can always take a sneak peak in the bathroom cabinet to see what mum loves to use. If you're not sure on the best brand to get, why not get a voucher to somewhere like John Lewis so mum can go and treat herself.

Mobile Photo Equipment

It's 2021 and we are glued to our phones, so why not treat mum to a new phone case. Something personalised would be sure to put a smile on her face. What about that last holiday you all took together? Or a picture of the kids' first Christmas? Whatever you choose will be sure to spark a wonderful trip down memory lane.

Something Home Related

If you really don't know what to get her, then play it safe with something home related. Pillows, Blankets and Candles can create a cozy environment that every mum will love to rest in at the end of the day. Wilko has some great deals in the colder season for giant throws and pillows. Better still you can get it all delivered and not worry about having to brave the Christmas Shopping night stress!

Something Hobby Related

Does the mum in your life have a hobby that she enjoys? From knitting to gaming there is always something that can be purchased. Think along the lines of new needles, Switch accessories, gift cards and cake stands. Whatever it is she's interested in, Amazon is likely to have it!

That's my list of ideas for mums this year, but if all else fails a gift card will go down perfectly (mine is a Nintendo Eshop one!) What are you buying for your mum this year?
